It offers a space with educational and communication strategies through workshops, meetings, and camps that promote a culture of peace. We choose nonviolence and peaceful resistance for the dignity of the Maya peoples.

Empowerment workshop
The challenges faced by indigenous women drive SIMAC to promote strategic workshops, individual and collective processes for participation in decision-making, and the strengthening of women's leadership.
Peace workshops
The workshops provide tools for processes related to the culture of peace. The Chiapas, Mexican, and global realities are analyzed from a critical perspective. Through biblical reflections, we work in groups, engage in dynamics, and offer community support.
